Steen Hildebrandt has a Ph.D. in management science implementation and is Professor Emeritus of Organization Theory and Leadership at Aarhus University, Denmark. He is also an adjunct professor of organizational learning and sustainable development at Aalborg University and adjunct professor of leadership at Copenhagen Business School.

Steen is the author of more than fifty books on leadership, organization theory, change leadership and sustainable development and leadership as well as author of a range of articles in international scientific journals. He is a member of various boards of directors and advisory boards in different organizations and companies.

In the last several years he has published articles and books on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
