As artificial intelligence rapidly changes how we work, learn, communicate, and make decisions, a deeper question is becoming increasingly urgent:
How to Human in the age of AI?
Contemplative Systems Awareness is a practice-based journey for people who want to meet the complexity of life with greater awareness, clarity, compassion, choice and overall flourishing.
Systems Awareness is more than an intellectual understanding of interdependence. It includes our capacity to notice what is happening within us, between us, and around us—and to understand how our perceptions, bodily responses, emotions, relationships, assumptions, and aspirations influence the systems in which we participate.
In this sense, Systems Awareness is also a leadership capacity. Leadership does not depend upon a formal position or title. It begins with how we lead our own lives, how we respond under pressure and engage in relationships, and in how intentionally we show up in our families, workplaces, communities, and the wider world.
At a time when machines are becoming capable of doing more, this program invites us to deepen the capacities through which we become more fully human: awareness, embodied discernment, relationship, compassion, meaning, joy, and intentional choice.
This is not a retreat from life. It is a practice for how to live well.
