Warren Scott serves as a consultant with the Stanislaus County Office of Education, where he is dedicated to providing instructional support to districts across Stanislaus County. He offers technical assistance for the California Community Schools Partnership Program and provides professional development on topics such as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Music Education, and new teacher support.

Warren’s time in the classroom as a middle school music teacher for 13 years ignited a desire to address systemic challenges in public education, leading him to his current role where he can influence change on a wider scale. He discovered Compassionate Systems in June 2025 and immediately recognized its potential to create more effective and supportive learning environments. Warren holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University and San Jose State University, respectively. A resident of Turlock, he balances his professional life with a passion for reading non-fiction, cooking, exercising, watching sports, and playing video games.
