I am a 35-year-old educator from Astana, Kazakhstan. I possess more than 10 years of experience working in international and private school settings in the roles of a teacher, International Baccalaureate coordinator, and school principal.

My previous role as a high school principal at Astana Garden School allowed me applying the elements of the Compassionate Systems framework and see positive feedback. Currently, I am a director at Garden Academy, a strategic partner of the school aiming at scaling the school success region-wide

I am a life-long learner and have completed two master’s programs with the latest from King’s College London in Education Management.

I have been following the Compassionate Systems Framework initiative development since 2017 after attending an International Baccalaureate Global Conference in The Hague. Since then, I have been passionate about getting to know about it, and this drove me to attend an introductory workshop last year and apply for the master practitioner program now. I hope the long-year course will help me become the first advocate of the program in Kazakhstan and broader in the region.
