Kazakhstan Hub | ASIA

I am an educator from Kazakhstan. I possess more than 10 years of experience working in international and private school settings in the roles of a teacher, an International Baccalaureate coordinator, and a school principal.

My previous role as a high school principal at Astana Garden School allowed me to apply the elements of the Compassionate Systems framework and see positive feedback. Currently, I am a Global Partnerships Director at Akbulak Education Group, a management company for a chain of private schools, namely Flagman Lyceum, Flagman Primary, and Flagman Online, and several digital educational products. I am also running an EduLead Accelerator Program for school leadership teams.

I am a life-long learner and have completed two master’s programs with the latest with Honors from King’s College London in Education Management.

I have been following the Compassionate Systems Framework initiative development since 2017 after attending an International Baccalaureate Global Conference in The Hague. Since then, I have been passionate about getting to know about it, and this drove me to attend an introductory workshop last year and apply for the master practitioner program now. The certification helps me in serving as the first advocate of the Compassionate Systems Framework in Kazakhstan and broader in the region.
