Tatiana is the Founder of Pen Education Brazil, focused on creating innovative educational projects that emphasize compassion and inclusivity. With an MBA and a background in economics, she applies strategic thinking and analytical skills to the field of education. Tatiana is also an advocate for Interpersonal Neurobiology and Compassionate Systems, promoting empathy and understanding in learning environments.

Currently, Tatiana is pursuing a master’s degree in Neuroscience of Education, aiming to integrate the latest scientific research on how the brain learns into practical educational approaches. This ongoing study helps her develop projects that are both effective and scientifically grounded.

In addition to her professional work, Tatiana serves as a Volunteer Coordinator at Mensa Brazil, where she collaborates with others to support intellectual growth and community engagement. This role allows her to stay connected with a network of like-minded individuals committed to lifelong learning.

Tatiana is also a mother of two children, balancing her career and family life. Her experiences as a parent drive her commitment to creating better educational opportunities and environments for all children. She believes in the importance of fostering a compassionate and inclusive society through education.

Outside of her professional and family responsibilities, Tatiana enjoys practicing yoga and meditation. These activities help her maintain balance and mindfulness, which she considers important for personal well-being and effective learning.
