Paweena Aramrattana is an engineer who transitioned her career into leadership development, facilitation, and organizational learning. With a foundation in engineering, she brings a systems-thinking lens to her work with people and organizations. Over time, she discovered a deep passion for cultivating human potential and enabling leaders and teams to create meaningful impact beyond technical solutions.
She is an experienced facilitator, leadership coach, and organizational development practitioner dedicated to supporting leaders across industry, academia, and the non-profit sector. Her expertise spans culture transformation, employee engagement & well-being, and leadership development, with a consistent focus on helping individuals and organizations thrive in complex and evolving environments.
Currently, Paweena serves in a leading olefins business in Thailand, where she focuses on strategic transformation, innovation, and leadership capability building. Alongside her corporate role, she is actively engaged with The Thai Institute of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry (TIChE), where she co-designs and facilitates the Leadership Development Program for Sustainability. Through this program, she integrates Inner Development Goals frameworks to inspire young engineers to embrace responsible innovation and sustainability. She also extends these efforts to academia, supporting professors and students while bridging academic learning with industry practice.
Paweena is particularly dedicated to cultivating a coaching culture, equipping leaders with the mindset and tools to empower their people while fostering environments of trust, growth, and collaboration. She believes that when leaders grow with awareness and compassion, they can positively influence the wider systems they are part of.
After joining the Introduction to Compassionate Systems Awareness workshop with Mette Boell, she discovered what she describes as her “life calling”: to bring compassionate systems practice into education and leadership in Thailand. This aspiration resonates deeply with her own journey as a mother and facilitator of change.
Her vision is to create spaces where leaders, educators, and young people can practice awareness and compassion, strengthening their ability to address today’s interconnected challenges. Through the Compassionate Systems Master Practitioner Certification Program, she seeks to deepen her practice, connect with a global community, and co-create pathways for integrating compassionate systems into Thai education and leadership development—beginning with TIChE and DSIL.
Paweena holds a strong belief that true transformation begins within, and that cultivating awareness and compassion in individuals and teams is the foundation for systemic change that benefits society, institutions, and ecology.
