Lynda was initially drawn to Compassionate Systems Leadership as it aligns with her beliefs about our need to create a bright future as global community. She firmly believes that the students we are teaching today have the potential to be a generation of young people that will call into question critical social justice issues as they look towards creating a just equitable and thriving future of humanity.

Daily, her mantra is to remain curious, to seek to understand that which she does not understand, to be thoughtful, be kind and be unapologetic as we look to transform educational experiences for students that are rooted in real world, collaborative, problem learning experiences.

Beyond her professional life, she is an avid camper and hiker, loves to work out and also spends much of her free time watching her young son and husband play a lot of hockey.
