Career Summary

Kenneth began his leadership career in 2009 and has dedicated his professional life to serving children and young people. For nine years, he was the leader of a respite care institution supporting children with special needs and their families. This experience strengthened his understanding of human complexity, relationships and the importance of creating safe and supportive environments.

Today, Kenneth is part of the leadership team of a public school in Lejre Municipality, where he continues to work with educational development, organisational growth and creating positive conditions for learning and wellbeing.

Before becoming an educator and leader, Kenneth trained and worked as an electrician, bringing a practical and grounded perspective that continues to influence his approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Education

Kenneth is educated as an electrician and later trained as a pedagogue. Throughout his career, he has continuously invested in his personal and professional development.

His further education includes studies in Deep Performance Leadership, focusing on leading through awareness, stillness and personal resources. He has also completed a Masterclass in Parent Therapy, deepening his understanding of family dynamics, relationships and human development.

Personal

Kenneth believes that meaningful change begins with awareness—of ourselves, our relationships and the systems we are part of. He is curious about what helps people flourish and how compassion, presence and courage can create sustainable change in individuals, organisations and communities.

He is inspired by the belief that every person holds valuable resources and that growth becomes possible when people feel seen, respected and connected.

Private

Kenneth is 46 years old and lives with his wife of twelve years and their two healthy, curious and engaged children in a village close to the water. The family home is a house that he has largely renovated himself, reflecting his love of creating, building and developing.

In his free time, Kenneth finds peace and energy by the water, in nature, in his workshop or while watching football. These moments help him stay grounded, connected and appreciative of life’s simple pleasures.
