Jennifer Ho is the Executive Director of CATALYST Education Lab (CEL). Fueled by her enthusiasm for philanthropy and the desire to make a difference, Jennifer transitioned from a career in strategic communications to the non-profit sector. She aspires to weave enjoyment, compassion and equity into the education space.

Prior to CEL, Jennifer was the Chief Executive of the Chen Yet-Set Family Foundation, a charitable foundation focused on the promotion of early childhood literacy and education enhancement in Mainland China and Hong Kong. While she was still a communications professional, Jennifer worked at Prudential (Asia), Cathay Pacific Airways, and APCO Worldwide. Her range of experience spans from developing communication strategy for corporate clients, to initiating internal communications for a change management program, to devising community investment programs for corporate social responsibility.

Jennifer received her Master in Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong, and her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, Columbia University. She sits on the Board of the Ho Cheung Shuk Yuen Charitable Foundation, which is focused on improving the quality of life for seniors with early dementia.
