I’m a father and a family man. I’m passionate about music and acoustics and I love to be outside in the nature. I’m an electronic engineer. I’m working for many years for a global Med-Tech company, Siemens Healthineers, I’m the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Latin America.

Inspired by the opportunity to contribute for more and better health care access for millions of people, I’m committed in my daily work to go beyond, constantly looking for better results. To envision and facilitate creative tension towards long term goals are certainly my strengths. The passion I feel for my job turns into the high level of commitment and accountability that I put in every action and decision I take. Candor is certainly a central part of my personality, and I enjoy actively listening to other people, to empathize, to support and coach wherever I can. I have more than 10 years of experience in the health care sector. I was country head of Customer Services (Maintenance Business), regional head of Supply Chain Management and I have solid knowledge and experience in Sales, CRM, and business planning processes. In my current position as head of Strategy and Business Development for Latin America, I’m responsible for strategy planning, execution, and business development for Siemens Healthineers in the region, covering also other action fields such as Innovation Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Culture Development, Lean /Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Business Intelligence, Government Affairs and Policies.

I’m convinced the future is the one we create. I want to continue learning and constantly challenging myself to better understand the forces of the systems I’m part of and how can I contribute with more awareness and compassion.
