Eric Ranes is the Program Manager of Wellness for the Stanislaus County Office of Education, where he leads initiatives that strengthen wellbeing and support systems change across organizations. He has collaborated with the founders of Seity Health to adapt their established paradigm into practical trainings that help participants identify their Core Values and apply them to improve personal and organizational wellbeing. Through this work, Eric has supported schools, districts, and community partners in fostering healthier systems rooted in equity and continuous improvement.
In addition to his wellness role, Eric to lead the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) efforts within Stanislaus County, and he contributes to the Central Valley Regional Transformational Assistance Center. In this capacity, he supports grantees throughout the region in developing sustainable strategies that integrate community voice, equity, and wellbeing into their schools.
Eric’s work is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with understanding “what is right with you.” By starting with Core Values, he helps individuals and organizations uncover strengths that drive meaningful growth. He is dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing at both personal and systemic levels, and brings a continuous improvement lens to every aspect of his practice.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys combining problem-solving and a healthy dose of competition, which makes escape rooms a perfect pastime. He also enjoys his two cats, Shrimp and Noodle—who, he insists, are the true masterminds behind his problem-solving skills.
