Donna Vollmer brings over two decades of experience in K–12 education, spanning special education, general education, and school leadership. She has served as a consultant teacher, coordinator of special education, assistant principal, principal, and currently leads educator support and effectiveness at the county level. With twelve years in school administration, Donna has led initiatives in positive behavior support, teacher development, academic achievement, and family engagement—all aimed at improving student outcomes. Whether leading professional learning, coaching teams, or designing systems of support, Donna brings a visionary approach to transforming education.

Beyond her professional roles, Donna is deeply committed to family and community. Married for over twenty years and a proud mother of three, she is a first-generation college graduate and one of only three in her family to pursue higher education—an experience that fuels her passion for lifelong learning. Donna actively engages in volunteer and service projects, including youth sports and Rotary, where she serves as a youth liaison. Her leadership is guided by values of connection, service, and equity, and she brings heart and positive energy to every space she enters.
