Dina Macdonald has been in education for the past 30 years, some of it as a classroom teacher and some of it as an instructional coach. She is currently working as Learning Specialist for the Humboldt County Office of Education, partnering with districts helping them improve. She works side by side with teachers, students, community members and administrators.
