Caroline is an education consultant. She works as a wellness advisor for Education Canada, building the capacity of school district leaders and teams across Canada to develop and implement system-wide strategies to improve K-12 workplace well-being. Caroline is a former Assistant Superintendent for the provincial francophone school district in British Columbia. She is fully bilingual (English and French) with vast experience and skill set in a K-12 setting as a teacher, school administrator, manager of professional learning and assistant superintendent.
Caroline believes in the power of compassion, courage, and collaboration to drive lasting, systemic change that brings a level of expertise and commitment to enhance and promote the values, vision, and mission of an organization. She is a strong advocate for capacity building, equity, well-being, mental health, indigenous and inclusive education, and creating generative spaces where leadership can develop and thrive. Caroline is passionate about coaching, design-thinking, and agile leadership approaches.
