Angele believes in the power of compassion, courage and collaboration in driving lasting, systemic changes in education and beyond. Currently the Director of Strategy & Programs at Catalyst Education Lab (CEL), she enables school-based transformation in Hong Kong through facilitating teacher professional development and change management.

Prior to CEL, Angele has been a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, the Edtech Sector Practice Co-Leader at Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, a government-appointed member at HK Commission on Youth. She has had the privilege to work with schools, non-profits, corporations and governments on their challenges related to strategy, growth, impact and efficiency. She also has extensive experience coaching students on Chinese Debate, international business case competitions, entrepreneurship and life in general.

Angele holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, where she explored the intersection of education, management and innovation.
