Andrew Davis is the founder and CEO of Living Code, an organization focused on transforming organizational culture through systematic wisdom training. Building on 15 years as a Buddhist monk, Andrew entered the software development industry, advancing to an executive role and writing two industry-leading books on DevOps and Lean. His mission is to bridge the gap between ethics, personal transformation, and high-performance in organizations. He trains technical leaders to be at peace amidst constant change, and bring energy, creativity, and care to every part of their work.
