U.S.: California Hub | NORTH AMERICA

Alisha Morff is an Administrator in the Assessment, Accountability, Continuous Improvement Unit for the Riverside County Office of Education.  Her work focuses on continuous improvement in school systems and approving Local Control and Accountability Plans for districts.

She has lived in Redlands, CA, where she still resides with her husband and four children, ages 20, 15, 12, and 6.  She enjoys traveling in her travel trailer and spending time at various sporting and acting events that keep her and her kids busy.  She loves spending time outdoors and unplugged as much as possible, and baking for her friends and family.

Alisha has worked in education for the past 18 years, the past 13 as an administrator.  She has served as a principal, district office coordinator, and county administrator.  Her work as a county administrator has led her to continuous improvement and compassionate systems.  She is fascinated with the marriage of these two systems and how they can improve school systems to support students.  She is excited to begin this journey and learn how to implement the compassionate system’s framework to help students more fully.
