The workshop will be experiential and personally demanding, since so much of the core work concerns our own personal development. Please plan on attending the entire time. If, for some reason, that is not, possible, please let us know in advance.

- Working with mental models: the contingent ways we all see reality and the risks of traditional mental models being increasingly out of tune with a radically different reality
- Fostering generative social fields
- The roots of personal mastery and our own development as leaders: vision and creative tension

- Systems thinking and compassion
- Science of well-being and systems awareness mandala
- Reflection tools: ladder of inference and the ladder of connectedness
- Systems archetype practices
- Shared visions for our systems of education
DAY 4 NEXT STEPS
- Fostering learning teams
- Mandala for systems change and planning next steps
- How to work with the opportunity in times of disruption and not succumb to fear
- Reflective practices to move forward with
