I am a lifetime public educator and believe deeply in the power of education to liberate.  The change I want to see in the world and in the classroom begins with relationships, and it is crucial that I unpack how I contribute to those relationships.  To show up as our best selves in the public education space, we need to be strong enough to interrogate everything, and that only comes in a culture of trust, courage, and innovation.  

I believe Compassionate Systems is a fundamental requisite to unlock the power that is in education and educational institutions. This work helps us feel comfortable returning to ancient ancestral wisdom about community, self, and relationships.
