Neder Dhillon is an Assistant Superintendent in the Surrey School District, British Columbia, Canada. His portfolio includes supporting a geographical zone of K-12 schools as well as a recently established Racial Equity department in the district. Neder has been an educator in the district since 1994 and has been a classroom teacher, vice principal and principal, as well as director of instruction. He completed his Master of Education studies in Educational Leadership at Simon Fraser University in 2005. 

Neder is drawn to Compassionate Systems as part of gaining a deeper understanding of his own belief system. He is working within a team exploring their own internal biases and experiences as part of looking to transformational change of their system.  Neder enjoys spending free time with his wife, 3 sons, and their dog, Magic.
