SUMMARY:How to Hold Space Program – Retreat
DESCRIPTION:How to Hold Space: Compassionate Systems Facilitation for Cultivating Generative Social Fields \nBlended program with multiple virtual convenings plus one week-long\, in-person retreat \nTimeframe: October 2022 – February 2023 \nEligibility: Compassionate Systems Master Practitioners \nThis 4-month program\, consisting of a blended learning design\, is organized with the following elements: \n\n1 introductory\, “launch” call\, 90 min.\n1 week-long\, in-person retreat at The Garrison Institute in Garrison\, NY. At this retreat\, our faculty will facilitate practices to support master practitioners in deepening their own contemplative practice while also supporting them to build capacity to hold space for others plus time to practice new skills in a safe and supportive environment.\n4 program community calls\, 75 min/call to deepen capacity and practice with peers.\nIndividualized support calls with faculty\, up to 2 calls/practitioner\, for customized practice support and feedback.\n4 global contemplative calls\, 75 min/call. At these calls\, practitioners will be given the opportunity to lead a short meditation for our global community. This excellent practice ground will be preceded by an individualized support calls with faculty.\n1 virtual closing convening\, two consecutive half-days\, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time daily. To connect with one another and share aspirations for bringing these efforts into your own ecosystems.
